Cake base: Spiced LittlePod Real Vanilla cake (Available GF please advise when making the order.)
Flavour Layer: Spiced rum soaked and caramelized crushed pineapple
Topping: Spiced and slightly salted LittlePod Real Vanilla buttercream
Optional decoration included: Pineapple slices with leaves and spiced rum filled pipettes.
Sold as a 1/2 gastro sheet cake (Single layer cake)* in reusable deli tray.
Approx. 12-24 portions per cake.
* Layers can be added for additional cost and provided with plain cake board/box.
